Tagrem, a San Diego based technology company and Oracle Gold Partner, is currently seeking an Associate Product Manager to assist the Product Manager with a range of company product initiatives. As a rapidly growing company, we seek candidates who are able to self-start, challenge conventional thought, analyze problem sets from multiple perspectives, and come up with various solutions to a single issue.

As an Associate Product Manager you will have the opportunity to assist in the ongoing development of our software products via specification writing, user experience testing, and working with customers to ensure their success and in turn the success of Tagrem, its technology products and its clients. To be successful in this role, the Associate Product Manager must have strong organizational skills as well as excellent oral and written communications skills.

The work environment is fast-paced, and the Associate Product Manager must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, be comfortable working in an environment where standard processes are evolving, and be able to work both independently and in a team.

In addition, successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to generate new product solution ideas, reasonably manage their time, maintain high levels of organization and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the delivery of effective product tasks adhering to company strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Have an intimate knowledge of our current products and an understanding of the upcoming product roadmap as informed by the product manager
Assist in providing prospective and current customers product demonstrations
Working with customers over the phone and in person to help determine product requirements
Generating online training collateral in the form of user manuals and also leading trainings via webinar or in person
Utilizing the project management software to create, monitor, and manage tasks and product releases for the development team
Be aware of the quantity and priority of tasks assigned to the development team to help make sure the most important tasks are being handled
Working with the marketing team to ensure all marketing materials are accurately representing our products and that they are informed about upcoming releases
Help with customer service to explain product features, limitations, and best practices to our customers
Analyzing chat transcripts to extract valuable information about customer issues, questions, and concerns and communicate findings to the product team
Perform usability and quality assurance testing when new product releases are made
Actively researching competitors and market trends to aid in development prioritization
Other miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the product manager and assisting additional departments, such as design, marketing, and sales, as needed.

Minimum Skills/Requirements:

1+ years experience in the technology field
BS/BA degree
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work as a team player, with strong organizational skills
Mastery of MS Office and other web-based technologies
Marketing Automation and Amazon Seller experience strongly preferred but not required

Position Details:

Location: In our offices located in San Diego, CA- Scripps Ranch Area (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
Job Type: Full Time (40 hrs / wk)
Job Title: Associate Product Manager
Salary Range: $40k-50k annual salary
Benefits: Medical/Dental, Paid Holidays Off, Vacation accrual
Business Hours: Flexible work schedule between 7am to 7pm (Monday - Friday)
